We heard from staff of SNO911, a Nurse Navigation program Snohomish 911, which provides customized response and individualized follow up to community members calling SNO911. The Nurse Navigation program embodies our collective goal of advancing equity, well-being, and a sense of belonging in our communities. We also heard from a panel including Terry Peterson of SNO911, Joe Hughes with South County Fire, and ACH Care Coordination staff.
