The Center for Guided Pathways works with student leaders & student affairs professionals at all levels. The Center believes that closing demographic disparities between employee racial diversity and our student populations, along with the communities that comprise our service areas, is crucial for the improved success of students of color and other underrepresented, marginalized groups, as well as for achieving social justice and racial equity more broadly.
