This chapter of the Springboard outlines the key criteria of what an equitable measurement system in the context of COVID-19 and the path forward could look like, informed by national organizations, communities, and people with lived experience of inequities. The authors also offer a vision for what an equitable and connected data and measurement infrastructure could look like, with community residents experiencing inequities, system change stewards, and policymakers to learn and create change together.
